Thanks for describing how your email only works on the web version. If it’s working in the browser but not in AR Desktop, it’s likely something on that computer.
A couple of quick things to check:
- Make sure Outlook is set to Classic, not New Outlook.
- If you’re already using Classic Outlook, try a Quick Repair for Office.
- Then restart Outlook and AR Desktop and test it again.
If it’s still not working after that, you’ll need to contact support so they can check the desktop setup further.
