Hi GASCON
Sorry for the delayed response.
I just tested with my print/Email Statements > To be emailed list in 2022.4, going from the top of the list to the bottom changing their email address from Email 1 to Email 2 or vice versa. Interestingly the second from top customer is the only one showed problem updating, all contacts further down was able to update as soon as I select a different email.
As of the second customer from the list, please use the work around of selecting the same email address as it's already listed first (e.g. if it's showing sending to Email 1 of this customer please select Email 1 again from the drop down list) , after that change the selection to the desired Email 2, the email on the listed screen will be updated accordingly, and will pick up any further changes as well.
I hope this helps.
Thanks Clover,
Workaround works Ok, but when your emailing out hundreds of statements with this scenario, it becomes a bit tedious.
Appreciate it if the MYOB software can be rectified in a MYOB update in the near future.

Hi GASCON
Thank you for the feedback. Just to clarify, I only needed to use the workaround for the 2nd customer on the emailing list, 3rd,4th,5th.... customers after the 2nd one on the list were updating as intended thus the workaround is not required.
Having said that, I'll be sure to pass on your feedback to the relevant team for future improvement.
