Try having a look in your linked account for puchases

 

go to set up - linked accounts- purchases

 

THe 5th line down is for tracking deposits paid to suppliers - see if it has an account in there.  If so that is the account where the payment is sitting .

 

You might need to journal it across to the bank depending on the account
