how to showing customer deposit in the customer statement?

I am aware of customer deposit usually goes to liability account if invoice is not ready even no order., will be appled later on. But now my management ask me to show customer deposit on the monthly ...

Hi LL2113 

 

Orders and payments to the orders will not appear on a Statement until they are converted into an invoice. Deposits/payments recorded against those invoices will appear as separate lines on the activity statement as a payment.

 

Therefore, AccountRight will only produce a statement for invoices and payment transactions, orders are not included in those statements. Please let us know if you have further questions on this.
