In Tray - MYOB update

Why does my in tray notification shows 4 documents if there are none in the in tray?

Thanks for taking the time to raise this - if you go to the browser version do you also see the number of documents in upload as incorrect? Let me know, I'll be able to follow up with the team.

    Nothing to upload then.  I won't use the web browser version.

    I am having this same issue in desktop, but when online the InTray is correct.
