In Tray Invoices -
Assistance with explaining what these orange ticks and crosses mean over some invoices that have been forwarded into our In-tray.
When i click onto these, no invoice appears just a large tick or cross.
I believe - when I FWD certain emails with the invoice attached from the original sender the ticks and crosses appear > I've instead composed a new email, attaching the invoice to that email and the invoice appears in the Intray - don't know if this is a solution but definately easier to figure out.
