Please advise URGENTLY, when the IT people are getting this fixed.

We are also having issues with in-tray not showing documents that we know are in there. Nothing loads. When I try attaching documents from an email, the whole thing appears greyed out and locks up.
This has all happened since the update to attach things to sales invoices.
Great testing, again.

Yep same issue - MYOB Assist or uploads in actual browser - nothing is appearing -- in fact in tray now not showing older ones that were waiting to be processed ... MYOB also seems very slow to respond to any command today !!

I am having the same problem too. It was all working ok this morning, but now I can't add or access invoices in the desktop or online version.
I have closed MYOB and logged back in and it doesn't make any difference.

Cannot access intray in either desktop or browser version.

Also having issues since yesterday, Desktop version shows no documents and can't load anything new. Have been using browser version and now that's stuck too.

No Intray is accepting or showing existing documents in all 3 of my sets of books and others who are also signed in on these are also not seeing existing documents.
