In Tray Documents Offline

Hi Everyone. I need help regarding the PDF invoices from the In Tray. We are hoping to retire in the not too distant future, and therefore we will stop our subscition (MYOB have had more than enough out of us). When I started using the In Tray it sure made life easier, however once the subscription is cancelled we will no longe be able to access the invoices offline in the event of an audit. I have used it from the start of it being an option, and I would have many thousands of invoices to now download as I had not taken on board that this would be an issue. Is anyone aware of a solution that does not involve downloading each individual invoice please? Thanks.

    Hi TrudiW

     

    In Tray document retrieval is certainly something to keep in mind when your subscription ends. The good news is there’s already a safeguard in place. If your subscription’s cancelled, our support team can raise an internal request to send you those In Tray docs.

     

    You can kick things off by lodging a support ticket in MyAccount, or jump on with our live chat via MOCA, our virtual assistant.

    Thank you Grenreve. I phoned today and was not told that. I am not quite ready yet, but I will certainly open a support ticket when the time is a bit closer. I am just planning as there is a lot to consider.
