Interface definitions

Good Afternoon,

 

We are a crane operating using an industry specifc software system to issue invoices to clients. We currently export from that system to MYOB our invoices and new customers. However, I have noticed that when deactiving customers in the crane system they are not deactivated in MYOB. 

 

Similarly we would like to start using credit limits and stop supply features in the crane system. Our software provider has asked that we seek information form MYOB regarding "interface description" and whether MYOB can import customer card status, credit limits, stop supply and also customer payments (obvisouly linked to their respective invoices).

 

Not sure if this is the right forum to ask about this, but happy to take feeback.

    Hi MFreer_FC , welcome to the forum. MYOB provide an API for all integration. See developer.myob.com for all details, refer it to your software developer. Look for the MYOB Business option.

    This is possible by some customisation on the middleware. Depending on the MYOB product you are using there should be APIs for Customer, Invoices and other custom fields.

    Please contact www.saasintegrator.com and we can give you some guidance to work with your software provider to intgrate this information.
