Inventory value incorrect

Please confirm when the best time is to run a script over your company file so we can fix the issue. The fix script requires that everyone be logged out of the file.

Apolgies in delay, I only work 3 days/week.

Best time to run a script would be after 5pm (AEST) or before 8.30am.

We were able to run the fix script on your company file. Please log out and then log back into your account and check the inventory value to see if it's showing correctly now. Please let us know how it goes on your end.

There does not look to be any changes to the inventory value since script has been run.

Hi Doreen,

I am not concerned about the negative value.  

The total value of the item is incorrect.  

It is showing that the item value is $7516.39. when it should be $1617.94.

Please send us a screenshot of the item that is incorrect. To get the needed screenshot, kindly go to Inventory > Item List and then open the incorrect item, as we will need the details for the quantity on hand, the average cost, and the current value. Make sure to remove sensitive information before posting in the Forum.
