Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of knowledge.
This invoice Delivery Status getting some default values from the customer’s card. One of these values is the Inventory Delivery Status. This is selectable in the Invoice Delivery field on the Selling Details tab of the customer’s card. Please do ensure that you have selected a sales layout (default for that card) to allow that invoice Delivery field to appear. This invoice Delivery Status determines the default status of that invoice. If it is to be Printed it will be awaiting printing, to be emailed waiting to be emailed.
