Thanks again Shella but this report doesnt provide the account information I need, instead it has that weird item/account/activity column which is not useful. I looks like they dont have the report i need and i will have to maniplate it the data in excel.

As per further checking, what we have right now is all reports displayed on the software. We apologized for any inconvenience if we couldn’t give you the exact information.
