LEVEL A price change

  Does anyone know why my LEVEL A pricing would be greyed out and not changeable. It appears to be across all products. Is it a setting that has been inadvertently changed in our system? Than...

    Hello SGW,

     

    Since the prices isn't updating as expected and it's charging the amount for Level A customers, it's worth having the support team take a closer look. Best move is to reach out on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount, so they can check what's going on and help you get it sorted.
