Linking MYOB to MYOB

Hi

 

Why do my invoices emailed to another MYOB user not have the Link to MYOB option when they open it as per 

Support Note - Automating MYOB to MYOB invoices?

    Thanks for your post. Could you please send me the serial number you are sending the invoice from, the serial number receiving the invoice and a screenshot of the invoice via private message and I will have a look into this for you.
