Most likely cause is file size. Ostendo users tend to be high transaction volume users, so file grows fast. Once the AR2023 file hits a certain size, AR2023 struggles to process more data. Check the file size by creating a backup and restoring locally. If size is over 2 GB I would recommend getting the file reduced by purging - search 'purge for myox' - this has solved the issue for others. Or starting a new file.
