MYOB In tray problems compared to desktop

I use both desktop and online versions of Account Right for multiple clients.

There are things that are great about online but I have a major issue with it not checking for duplicate invoice numbers when inputting a supplier invoice.

It also is not bringing through the default code for each supplier.

Does anyone else have this problem?
