MYOB PayDIRECT - Why is the Browser and Desktop PAYDIRECT functions maybe different. How can my customers see a list of all unpaid invoices and pay multiple invoices? Plus Statements?

Hi Team   MYOB PayDIRECT Just setup and starting to explore as one payment option for our customers.   Am I understanding it correctly that the Browser and Desktop PAYDIRECT functions maybe diff...

Also, when I try to open PAYDIRECT from my Samsung mobile device via the PAY NOW or VIEW INVOICE button on the email it will not open in phone browser.

 

Says "THIS SITE CAN'T BE REACHED"

 

???
