Payment Date changing after order converted to bill

I have been having issues with payment dates which appear to be changing after I convert a purchase order to a bill.

I have picked this up when reconcilling.

I find it hard to believe that I could be making so many errors, epecially entering a payment date after the current date.

Has anyone else had issues like this?
