Hi, is there a way to automatically make every client and invoice prepaid without me having to go in and tick it?

Yep, there’s a way to sort that out! You can change the default credit terms for your customers by heading to Setup, then Preferences, jump into the Sales tab, and clicking on Terms.
You can also set the terms for each customer card on its own if you want, instead of sticking with the default. If you’re keen to get the full rundown on how credit terms work in MYOB, have a squiz at the “Credit Terms” article.
