Can I produce a proposal in MYOB?

It's not possible to produce a proposal in your MYOB file directly. We do allow for 3rd party integrations so it may be worth checking out the App Marketplace to see if there are any 3rd party solutions that may suit your needs.
If this is something you'd like to see introduced as a feature, would recommend posting it over on the Ideas Exchange for other members to vote and add weight to. Our product feedback loop ensures the product teams are able to see your posts, votes and comments - helping shape future priorities.
