Customise forms greyed out.

Hi...customising forms in Setup has greyed out so is no longer accessible. Have recently begun having trouble accessing Company File and having to go long way around, access by phone.

Hi again,

 

MOCA couldn't help. Really think emailing me another file would be the go as have had trouble every year at this time. Am having trouble logging in as well as customise forms disabled. Have cleared cache. Thanks.

If you're having trouble with MOCA, the best way to proceed is by submitting a support ticket through MyAccount. This will allow our team to investigate your issue in detail and assist you in resolving it.

    Whole Company File has become read only now, which I knew it would, happens this time every year.
