Deleting a stock order

Thanks for the update.

 

Since you already tried the Help Article I have provided but still the same error, kindly get the diagnostic log so we could investigate this further. To go the diagnostic log, The Help Article AccountRight Diagnostic Log will provide you the steps on how to get then kindly attach it to your reply.

      Thanks for this.

       

      Since you are having an issue deleting a stock order, that means the system is forced to go on a negative values which wouldn't allow and will come up with the connection error. Kindly make sure that you will not end with a negative stock quantity or value of the stock. The Help Article Deleting a transaction will provide you with all the available information. Let me know how it goes.

        It will not and never would've resulted in negative stock.

        I know how to delete a transaction.
