Hi SimplyErotix,
Thanks for sharing what’s been happening and for trying a few things already. Currently, we don't see this as a broader issue, so it appears to be something we’ll need to investigate more closely for your specific file.
The best next step is to get in touch with our support team so they can take a proper look: you can log a support ticket from My Account, or jump on live chat with our virtual assistant MOCA, and they’ll help you get through to the right team.
Regards,
Genreve
I'm having the same problem...Maybe a little broader than you might think

Hey everyone,
Since the issue keeps popping up across different actions like journals not recording, it’s worth having your IT person double‑check the security policy, antivirus and firewall in case something on the machine is blocking AccountRight from writing to the file. Once they’ve looked over those settings, test recording a few transactions again to see if the file behaves properly.
Cheers,
Doreen

Hi Doreen_P ,
Considering the latest comments on these threads, the issue seems to be confined to offline users of AccountRight. From your experience, how long does it usually take MYOB to resolve an issue affecting offline users?
With thanks,
L&T.

Hi LarsenThompson,
At this stage, we don't have a specific timeframe for when this will be fully resolved, as it really depends on what our team uncovers while investigating. For now, the best way to keep things moving is to follow the workaround that's been shared in this thread, as that should help you get around the issue in the meantime.
Regards,
Sai

Hi Doreen_P ,
Thank you for your response. We have checked that AccountRight is writing to the file by looking at the file modification date and time in Windows Explorer.
When inputting sales, if we record one item at a time it will save but when trying to record a whole invoice in one go it will not save..
Please do let us know if you think of another solution to this problem.
All the best,
L&T

I only have one item on my invoices, for 1 service and it still doesn't record invoice. I can record a quote or order, but it won't change to invoice and I can't apply a customer payment to it. MYOB you only have one job to do, seriously?!?
This means I cannot reconcile or show outstanding debtors.
