Hi
Has anyone had an alternate solution to the one mentioned by AndrewsA. I have tried this multiple times over the past week and again this morning. The solution is not working and MYOB don't seem to be taking this issue seriously.

Hi All,
Has anyone else found that the 'solution' given by AndrewsA is not working for them? We have followed the instructions step by step and yet we still cannot record sales nor payments.

call myob 1300 555 123, be prepared to hold and wait as the fix takes time via team viewer access. all offline accounts/files are most likely affected and MYOB is probably aware but ???? my file appears to have settled with ability to spend and receive money, use recurring transactions, delete cheques, reconcile...I'm not running a business and appreciate everyone who is but the call will take an hour?

I called 1300 555 123 yesterday and after waiting sometime had him do what appeared to be the same as what I had done following Andrew instruction through Team viewer but it worked for them but not when I tried. Now working okay so fingers crossed, but would also suggest being prepared to go on hold and wait and get them to do it for you.
