Sales changes when emailing

Hi community,

We are having an issue with our invoices when it comes to printing or emailing duplicates of originals, IE; We will print a copy at time of sale, but then if we want to print it again or email it to someone the warning window saying "Any changes you have made to this sale will e saved before it is emailed"

I have reached out to MYOB support but no one is getting back to me.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Following.  We are having the same issue!

  • Same issue - this new extra step for every single invoice emailed now - having to click on OK "Any changes you have made to this sale will be saved before it is emailed" - even though there are no changes and you are just emailing invoices out. MYOB just loves to make changes that increases the amount of time you waste using it!!!! So frustrated. 

  • Also having the same problem.  MYOB please can you help with this issue?  (Have already spent an hour on MYOB chat and got nowhere.)
