Good call. Having a unique log for every version sent, rather than the newest copy saving over the old one, makes total sense.
At the moment, the email history is tied directly to the quote. So, if you tweak the quote down the road, the "Sent Emails" view will show those new updates instead of what you actually sent back then. We don’t have a built-in toggle to lock in the original data. As a workaround, your best bet is to save the quote as a PDF first and keep a copy of the sent email for your records.
