Sent emails change

I notice if we send a quote via email then some days later we change the quote the original email sent showing in sent emails has changed, why? It should keep the original email that was sent and a n...

I would like to change my wording, i believe the item marked on the MYOB page says "sent emails" that is incorrect. its not historical its a copy of latest quotes and invoices not sent ones.
