Statement Email Address

Hi,&nbsp;The statements for some of my customers are going to email addresses that are not listed in their cards and bouncing back too. They don't have multiple email addresses. I don't know where to look to find these addresses. Where have they been hidden?&nbsp;Thanks

Hi Sigrid-Solo&nbsp;I couldn't find a way to reply to your email so I'm replying to my question above.&nbsp;The email addresses are random and can't be seen anywhere, not even in the shipping address.
