Statement

One of my customer asked for statement from Oct-Dec 2019. During these period, there are invoices that has been paid. So when I run the statement, the closed invoices will not appeared in the sta...

    Hi SWI-Accounts 

     

    An Activity Statement does show all transactions for that date range so will include payments. If you are wanting to only provide a list of invoices you could use the Sales (Customer Summary) report and hide any columns you don't want to display.

Hi SWI-Accounts 

 

Thanks for your post.  To show all invoices and payments in a specific date range you need to run an Activity type statement. To do this:

 

  1. go to Print/Email Statements
  2. click on Advanced Filters
  3. change the Statement Type field to Activity
  4. change the dates in the Statement Date field
  5. click Ok

    I have tried this, but we would like not to show the payments.
    only invoices.
