Statements sent by Email
I send statements to clients every Friday. For the first time, our statements have not attached themselves to the covering email sent. How do I fix this issue? I use Outlook as my email provider. ...

Kindly try to email the statement to your email address and see if the statement will be attached to the cover email. Please let us know how it goes.

Nothing worked until I unticked the box in preferences.
Then it went back to normal (Pre problem).
