Supplier part number does not show up on purchase orders

Good morning,   when issuing purchase orders the supplier item ID set up in the inventory file is not printed, instead it prints out the Item ID.   Where can I change this in the system to make i...

    Hi Emazing

     

    Just a heads-up: MYOB Business doesn't have this feature right now. I'd recommend suggesting it to the development team on the Ideas Exchange board for future updates.

Hi Emazing , you need to edit the purchase order form you are using,  and replace "my item#" with supplier item# (or similar) in the transaction table.

 

Go to Setup, customise forms to start.
