System.DivideByZeroException

Hello Larry1972 

 

This error can occur for 2 reasons. 

 

The first is that you have used an item more than once on an order. so you would need to combine the amounts to make it so the item is on 1 line.

 

The other is If you discount an item by 100% on an order and try to convert the order to a sale we get the same issue. You will need to convert the order to a sale and then edit the sale to include the discount.
