That’s a ripper question! If you’ve got regulars coming through and you’re sick of punching in the same invoice details over and over, recurring transactions can be a real game changer in MYOB. You just set up a recurring invoice for those repeated jobs, all the info will fill itself in each time, so you’re not stuck doing manual entries every month. Top notch if you’ve got customers on subscriptions or service contracts, too. About those cash sales, you can use a single “cash sale” account and just pop in their name when you need. It makes it much easier to search later if someone comes back wanting the same as last time.
