unable to email bulk invoices myob on the browser

Hi 

I recently sent a post but can't seem to find it.  I also received a response to this post to provided last four numbers of my serial number

I have account right on the browser and I can't email out bulk invoices.

I recently had accountright live but this is now a read only file.  I checked the box for sending via Accountright emails is ticked.  However, the file is now locked.  I can email invoices individually.

My serial number ends in 1033

appreciate help.  Not sure how I respond to answers
