Validation Exception error in orders

I am having issues creating recurring transactions in orders as this error keeps coming up.  I have done all the workarounds and nothing works.  Whats the problem?

    I'm sorry to hear you had an error when creating recurring transactions. To help you resolve this, could you please clear the AccountRight cache first, then follow the detailed instructions on our Help article, Error: ValidationException? This should resolve the error message you're receiving.
