Verification Link won't work

I have received an email requesting one of our shareholders verify their identity.  The link given in the email  "Verify Identity" won't work.  I have had the email resent, but the link still doesn't work.  I have requested help from the Verification Support twice now, but they don't respond.  I keep getting the message from within my MYOB software that I only have a few days left to submit the information requested, but I have no way of submitting the information required.  How do I submit the necessary information if the emails I receive don't have a valid link.

    Hi BFinn,

     

    That's a bit of a pain when the link's being stubborn. No worries, we'll get to the bottom of it. Could you flick us a screenshot of the email and the link you're trying? That'll help us check what's going on and get you sorted.

    Hi Sai, Thank you for your reply.  The attached pdf shows the email I have been receiving.  3 times in all now.  the purple box "Verify Identity" is only a picture with no link.  This is how all of them have been.  If you can get a valid link sent to me to verify the identity of our shareholder, it would be appreciated.  Regards, Beryl.

    Thanks for sending through that screenshot! I can see that you’ve been using the right link, so all good there. We’ve got your documents uploaded as well, cheers for getting those sorted. To give you a bit more breathing space, we’ve gone ahead and extended your grace period until 08/07/2025.

    Hi Sheila,  I have now received 6 emails with NON-WORKING LINKS that are just pictures.  I don't know what else I'm supposed to do.  There is no way to verify our shareholder, yet you keep asking me to do so and sending useless emails with links that don't work.  Sending emails to the verification support gets me nowhere as they don't answer.  Please, tell me what I'm supposed to do now...

    Hi BFinn,

     

    I can see that Mike was helping you last week with your case. We checked in with our financial services team and they’ve confirmed your documents have been received. However, the onboarding team may still request more information once they have reviewed this.

    Hi Team,

    My sister has an issue. She mentioned to me she received a verification email from MYOB asking for any shareholders of the business must verify their account and upload documents. My sister gave over pretty much everything but didn't give them any bank details! Other than that, I'm thinking a dream come true for anyone thief wanting to steel your identity. I am worried and thought I would jump on here myself and start searching see if it's a massive scam. The email address was noreply@emails.myob.com but the first email that was sent to her the address was from - verification@.........

    Thanks in advance, I hope it's all legitimate, if it is then can I ask - where is my email to verify my MYOB account??

    PLEASE HELP, anxiety is building!!
