Verification Link won't work
I have received an email requesting one of our shareholders verify their identity. The link given in the email "Verify Identity" won't work. I have had the email resent, but the link still doesn't work. I have requested help from the Verification Support twice now, but they don't respond. I keep getting the message from within my MYOB software that I only have a few days left to submit the information requested, but I have no way of submitting the information required. How do I submit the necessary information if the emails I receive don't have a valid link.
