Wont allow a Sale to Be Recorded

Anyone have tips on why a sale wont record?

No matter what customer card I choose it just has this red box around it.

I am trying to use a recurring sale but having no luck.

I also  tried to record from the Recurring transactions list but clicking the box and entering the date when prompted.  It gave me an error location id field cannot be black ??

    Hi AmandaRobertsC,

     

    That error usually points more to the transaction lines or item setup than the customer card itself. If you're using a recurring sale, could you check whether any of the items on that transaction are inventoried items and whether they have a valid location selected? If locations are in use, even one missing location on the sale can stop it from recording. If you’re able to, I’d also suggest opening the item from the sale and checking its Location/Profile tabs, then trying the sale again after re-saving the recurring transaction. If it’s still coming up with the “Location ID field cannot be blank” message after that, there may be something file-related going on, so please reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account and they can take a closer look for you.
