Super Payment will not record

Cannot get my super payment from account right plus to record today. I have paid all the same employees to the same superfunds in previous weeks and had no problem. This is happening for two different myob files today. They list to start with and then when I click record disappears and is not listed to process when I go to manage payments to authorise.

    That update is actually really helpful. The date range for Pay Super needs to include the date of payment, not just the pay period. So if the pay’s date of payment falls outside 1–7 July, that would explain why nothing appears when that shorter range is selected, but it does show when you leave it at 1–15 July. So the cozy little trick here is to make sure the selected date range covers the actual date of payment for those pays, not only the wage period they relate to.

  • Update - works if I leave the date range from 1st - 15th July even though it should be 1st - 7th July for weekly wages. So if I don't change the date range it works. Not sure why I cannot put in the correct date range?
