Super payments do need to go through an online company file, and yes, we know that's a big shift if you've always worked offline.
Regarding third-party clearing houses, we totally get why you're asking, but we don't actually have info or support resources for those options, since they sit outside MYOB. Hopefully someone from the community can jump in and share what's worked for them!
