Annual leave still showing on employee card file after being paid out

Annual leave still showing on employee's card after being paid out but correct in entitlement balance, how do I correct the card balance without it affecting the entitlement balance detail report?

Thanks for your post.

 

If the balance from the entitlement balance detail report is already showing the correct number of hours, kindly check the payroll register and payroll activity to see if the leave balances are correct.
