cannot open staff card

Hello,

 

Please help ASAP. please hel run the script 2023.1.24.7870

 

 

Every time I try to open a particular employee's card file MYOB needs to close down - it is only this one particular employees card. I have attached the error report and have also reported it.

    Thanks for your post. I'm happy to help, can you please confirm the last 4 digits of your product serial number and file ID of the file (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight)

        Thank you. I've had the script run over the file, please sign out and sign back into the file. It should be resolved.

        HI anhlu, 

         

        If this hasn't worked can you please confirm the last 4 digits of the product serial number, this can be found by going to setup > Company information.
