CareSuper - membership number exceed MYOB default limit
The merger between Care Super & Spirit Super is now completed.
Our employee provided us a screenshot of her membership number from the system.
It contains 18 numbers.
MYOB doesn't allow us to key in as "the superfund membership number must contain 17 characters or less". How do we fix this issue?

To address the issue with the membership number exceeding MYOB's default limit, the employee should get in touch with the superfund directly. They need to ask the superfund what can be removed from the employee membership number to fit within the 17-character limit set by MYOB.
