Clearing Negative pay liabilities

Salary sacrifice was setup incorrectly as a deduction and not as super under payroll categories. Employee pays were processed using the salary sacrifice deduction and when completing EOFY has been adjusted to record the salary sacrifice as super to show as RESC on employee income statements.

Adjustment pays were processed which has now created a negative amount in the pay liabilites for the deduction payroll category. Is there any way to reverse this?
