Same issue here.
Spent 8 hours yesterday with tech support with no resolution.
Hi Everyone
To assist our teams investigate this can you please provide the following information:
- Can any user see the custom forms?
- Is it only the browser that is affected or both browser and desktop?
- Do they appear if you use another device?
- Do you give permission for a product specialist to access your file to look into this? If yes, please provide the last FOUR digits of the serial number and the Company File ID (Help>>About MYOB AccountRight)

- Can any user see the custom forms? NO, I AM LOGGED IN AS ADMINISTRATOR AND CAN ONLY SEE THE SAME ONE REPORT AS ALL OTHER USER ROLES. THE REPORT WE CAN ALL SEE IS THE AGED PAYABLES. WE HAD ABOUT 6 CUSTOM REPORTS.
- Is it only the browser that is affected or both browser and desktop? ONLY IN DESKTOP. MY BROWSER CUSTOM FORM IS STILL APPEARING.
- Do they appear if you use another device? HAVE CHECKED ON DIFFERENT COMPUTERS AND SAME.
- Do you give permission for a product specialist to access your file to look into this? If yes, please provide the last FOUR digits of the serial number and the Company File ID (Help>>About MYOB AccountRight)
- LAST FOUR DIGITS OF SERIAL NUMBER: 2035 COMPANY FILE ID: 2

Hi Everyone
Our product specialist team have confirmed that in previous versions of AccountRight users could see all custom reports. In 2022.10 users need access to the function that the base report lives in to view those custom reports. This is to prevent users from seeing custom reports for functions they don't have access to.
Please let me know if you need further help.

This still doesn't work. I was logged in as administrator and gave myself access to all reports and still couldn't see my old custom reports.

Thank you for your Post we are facing the same issues, hence voicing our dislike to this update like many others have.
In particlar the Administrator should have access to all reports. Also the office person should have access to custom sales / purchasing custom reports however this is no longer the case, why?
this is causing a lot of frustration and loss of valuable time & information, please rectify this issue urgently and perhaps in the meantime you can let us know how we can obtain the information, even if it is just the Administrators that are been given access across the board. Happy to provide more information if required.

please find below our answers to our questions.
The administrator (with full perission to everything) and the office account with permission to banking / sales & purchasing cannot see the customised reports which were created. Also we can create a new report and save it but are unable to view / run it.
- Can any user see the custom forms? - We can see selected reports but no custom sales reports we created.
- Is it only the browser that is affected or both browser and desktop? - both
- Do they appear if you use another device? - No
- Do you give permission for a product specialist to access your file to look into this? If yes, please provide the last FOUR digits of the serial number and the Company File ID (Help>>About MYOB AccountRight)

We have identified that with AccountRight 2022.10 users would need to have access to the base report that the custom report originated from to have access to that custom report. For example, if the user needs access to a custom Customer-- Sales [Customer Summary] report they would need access to the Sales section in the Index to Reports. What a ridiculous upgrade path to take.
I have staff that used to simply balance the EFTPOS takings at the end of the day with the undeposited funds, now I have to give them access to my entire business financials.

Hello MYOB Community not sure where / how the reporting issue was fixed but you could try to answer the following questions to the MYOB Team.

Hello Iris,
As far as my software here goes there has been no change and MYOB still haven't posted a fix nor updated the software or told us how we can roll back to the working version prior.
MYOB:
If I am incorrect and a fix has been made can you please advise?
