Employee Expense Reimbursement

Question

Hi community members,&nbsp;Does anyone know of an MYOB add-on or integrated app that helps streamline the expense reimbursement process?Many of our staff pay out-of-pocket while traveling. Our current credit card system is already time-consuming, so we prefer not to issue additional cards.We are looking for a solution that allows staff to scan receipts and process claims directly into MYOB, or any tool that makes manual receipt reconciliation more efficient.Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.&nbsp;Thank you,Gav

Thanks for explaining what you’re looking for. While you wait for other users to share recommendations, it may be worth checking MYOB Assist for capturing receipts and expense details on supported MYOB plans, which could help reduce some of the manual entry.
&nbsp;
However, it isn’t a complete employee reimbursement and approval solution. If you need claims, approvals, and repayments handled in one workflow, you may need a separate expense-management app that integrates with your MYOB product.

If you share which MYOB product you’re using, other users may be able to suggest an app that works with it.

I’m not able to recommend one specific tool, as the best option depends on how you’d like to manage approvals and payments. There are plenty of apps that can automate receipt tracking and send the data straight into your AccountRight. You can explore the MYOB App Marketplace to find one that suits your expense reimbursement process and helps make things a little easier.
