EOFP finalistion

The total wages and taxes amount in ATO for 2024/2025 do not matched with my MYOB Payroll Summary for some employees. (one of the employee already asked and don't want to used ATO amount as they are low and will affect his child support).

I reported every time I make a Pay run and adjustment etc to ATO.  My payroll Activity Report and Payroll register report matches.

How would I make ATO EOFP amount matches with my MYOB Payroll Summary?

If I run an unscheduled Pay run for all the employees affected, will the amount appears on the Bank Statement? (don't want that to happen as they are already been paid).

Could someone please help.  Thank you so much.

    Hi miriam2

If your payroll summary isn’t quite lining up with what you see in your MYOB reports, it usually comes down to how the ATO reporting categories are set up for your pay items. It’s a good idea to double-check the ATO reporting categories that the payroll categories for that period are linked to. Also, categories like allowances get listed at the bottom and don’t get bundled into the gross totals. This article is a general guide on how ATO reporting categories affect amounts sent to STP.

Additionally, you can check if those payroll categories that were not included are set as PAYG Exempt. PAYG Exempt makes the payroll category not reportable for STP
