FIFO workers tax calculations for a 2 week on 2 week off roster

We have fifo workers doing 2/2 - 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off (12 hour days) .  ie 96 hours per week.

We are currently splitting their pay and paying them 48 hours a week but it gets messy when there are sick or annual leave days.

Is there an easier way to adjust the tax permantenly and pay them 96 hours per week when they are workind and then nothing on their weeks off?  

I would be interested to find out how other process this.

    I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties with annual leave for FIFO employees. If there are users who are recording the same way as you with these employees, they could share information on how they recorded this. I understand the need to collect insight on how best to record these wages. However, I would strongly suggest consulting an accountant, as this is considered financial advice.
