Sorry for the late reply. We’re getting a pretty wild wave of requests at the moment, so responses are taking a little longer than usual. For this one, a good place to start is checking the employee’s Standard Pay setup, along with the payroll categories linked to their wages. If anything changed in the name or settings of that main wage category, it can cause the import to behave differently and send the amount to Base Wage instead of the usual pay item. Since the other categories are still coming through properly, this does make it look like the main wage category may have had a tiny setup wobble somewhere. Definitely worth checking that nothing has been renamed, adjusted, or unticked behind the scenes.
