MYOB AccountRight is not able to report pay to ATO
Hi,
This issue started about four weeks ago, still not fixed.
Looks after processing pay MYOB can't generate the file to report to ATO. The message asks to report it later however when going to payroll reporting the pay processed is not in the list to report and today is shows something went wrong.
I think it is not only me having the issue. Had our IT to look into the error message from the system looks MYOB is using some kind of free license and it is expired now which might stop the system to generate report. I am not technical so please have your level 3 technician to look into the error messages and find the solution. After a long waiting queue MYOB helpdesk has totally no idea about this and they offered meaningless advices which make things worst and totally unhelpful.
It has been more than 4 weeks now. The longer the issue stays the more difficult for us to fix the reporting to ATO in the future.
Please be attended to this urgently.
