MYOB Team - Incredibly Poor Software & Service
Last week I logged the query below - a pretty basic and fundamental request for help. Nothing from MYOB. It's a repeat of similar elementary problems other users have posted like: 1) you can't create an employee location, you just have to "use something nearby in the prefilled list", 2) you have to make a staff member a fully fledged MYOB administrator so they can create rosters and approve timesheets; 3) if you make an employee a time sheet authoriser, they drop off the list of employees available to be allocated to another authoriser, which makes no sense. Large corporates like MYOB are ruthlessly efficient in taking their subscription money, but that's where it end and clients are left stranded with completely inadequate service and support. Hopefully with all of the above and below, I'm wrong and someone from MYOB will be in touch soon to confirm so!
We have set up MYOB Team with multiple locations and then submitted seperate timesheets using the different locations. But once these are approved and then uploaded to the MYOB Payroll module, all the timesheets come through for a given employee showing Base hours on different lines but with no notation of the different locations against which time has been submitted. Please advise what we are doing wrong. Thanks
